Japanese rooftop over the rooftops of Getsemaní. The cooking of chef Félix Jiménez —one Michelin Star and two Repsol Suns— brings Japanese tradition together with Caribbean produce, among signature cocktails and the bay beyond.

Omakase おまかせ: the counter becomes a stage and the itamaes decide for you. Nigiri, fire and umami served one piece at a time, with respect for Japanese tradition in every bite.


Darkness
The first immersive dining capsule in Latin America hosted by blind staff. For 90 minutes we switch off sight so that aromas, textures, flavors and sound guide you through a tasting menu.


The chef · 人生
“Sushi isn't made with the hands; it comes from the soul and the heart.”
Executive chef of Viva la Vida and a sushi master who has devoted his life to perfecting the craft, following the shokunin philosophy: excellence through constant growth. Born in Spain, he earned a Michelin Star with Kiro Sushi in Logroño (La Rioja), along with two Repsol Suns.
In Colombia he created a menu of purist Japanese cuisine fused with Colombian flavors, designed so every guest lives a special, almost spiritual experience.
